Drunk jerk steals a ride, shouts racist slurs when the real passenger calls

I just wanted to go to bed, but Lyft was offering $9.50 surge for me to take one more ride at 3:30am. Then this drunk, racist @#$ steals the ride and cost me the fare AND the surge bonus plus an hour of sleep.
