I have my own answer to the question, but Daniel Craig, Barbara Broccoli, and Michael G. Wilson never mention it. I wonder why? Maybe it wasn't a good idea to make Quantum Of Solace a direct sequel to Casino Royale. But, what do I know? That's just my opinion
