地政總署指廟宇違反土地用途，飭令2022年2月月10日需要關閉。
聖佛祖廟建在斜坡上，60年代在石排灣邨，1992年遷到現址。
The Lands Department pointed out that the temple violated the land use and ordered the temple to be closed on February 10, 2022.
Tai Shing Fat Cho Temple was built on a slope in Shek Pai Wan Estate in the 1960s and moved to its current location in 1992.
