Chicken Genetics - Creating a Stable New Breed that will Breed True

I thought this would be a good lesson in breeding, it applies to just about everything not just chickens. It will generally take 7-10 generations to fully stabilize a new breed. I won't be doing that with these guys it is just a great opportunity to take the F2 Generation as it drifts back toward both parent sides and explain the process.
