Circular Atrium 圓形中庭 🇹🇼 (2021-05) {aerial}

Views of a building with a several story deep circular atrium at Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City, Taiwan. The building houses a billiard room in the basement (傑克撞球館 Jack Billiards Professional Pool Centre) as well as an underground car park, and apparently apartments, stores and offices in the other floors. The two top floors are not used, with windows removed/broken.
