Maat or Maʽat, refers to the ancient Egyptian concepts of truth, balance, order, harmony, law, morality, and justice.
The fundamental order of the universe from the Kemet and Ethiopian.

I will go along in a reflection, growth and improvement path for the next 42 days : actively meditating on 1 principles of Ma'at a day between today February 1st to Msrch 14th.

This is for the Mind and Soul.
