Mark Cushing is the founding partner and CEO of the Animal Policy Group and a Stanford honors graduate. A long-time political strategist, government regulatory advisor, corporate executive and former litigator, he focuses his advocacy practice on providing high-level strategic advice and services to clients with needs at any level of government, and key trade/industry associations in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. He acts as Trustees Counsel for Lincoln Memorial University and has served as adjunct faculty and lecturer at Lincoln Memorial University, Lewis & Clark College, and the University of Oregon law school. He has the unique job of advancing causes related to pets. He has been featured on CNBC, The Washington Post, New York Magazine, Sirius XM Radio and much more. He is based in Scottsdale, AZ.
