Through his "Make it Right" foundation, Brad Pitt paid out $26.8 Million to build affordable homes for people who were affected by the devastation of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans to purchase for $150,000. It was a noble cause that was never followed through on. After pledging to build 150 homes, they finished up nearly 50 homes short and now only 6 are habitable as shoddy craftsmanship have resulted in condemnation and unlivable conditions.

Pitt may have had the best intentions, but his foundation really fleeced the already decimated people at their lowest.
