This video explains a little about the fact that human beings are not all genetically the same. Therefor a single genetic mRNA vax will potentially do more harm than what it is worth.

The test- Organ Transplant's have to have genetic markers and blood types to be successful due to organ rejection. This is sound science working with the genetic tissue knowledge that humans are not all exactly the same genetically.
