Coeur d'Alene Has a Rogue City Council

The Coeur d'Alene city council is informed of the legal risks of accepting ARPA funds before voting on January 18th, 2022.

The city council violated open meeting law by voting at a previous workshop without properly informing the public of an "action item" on the agenda.

The city council is informed of Arizona's unwillingness to comply with ARPA mandates and the Treasury requiring funds to be returned.

The city council expects to follow the rules that come with grants despite the public warning of non-compliance and recoupment.

The city council is surprised by the public reaction, but votes against the public, risking the Rights of all citizens.
