UN expert calls to cut off Myanmar junta after crimes

Myanmar's ruling junta has murdered and tortured civilians while waging a "campaign of terror" in the year since taking power, the U.N. human rights expert on Myanmar said on Tuesday (February 1), calling for tightening sanctions against it.
