Why Crime continues to rise on CTA by: Aquila-Mushir Bey-PhD

Chicago is very large. We know it is the3rd largest city in the united states&it is by some thought to be where out of163 nationalities; black Americans have started a new culture over the last 60plus yrs., which has consumed their youth&the young adults because of the many years of being taught&raising those in their neighborhoods to blame everyone else for the reasons why they are always complaining about racism&disparity in employement&high crime in their communities.
I started D.M.H. Public Transportation watch, which is a Subsidiary of Federation4Law&Government to bring attention to issues that could simply be solved when one accepts accountability&resposiblity on the job hired to do!

Next time you go to the redline train stations, you'll notice the majority of the
Customer Service Assistant or (CSA$15.00to30.00an hr&CSR$30.00to$60.00an Hr), are in fact black Americans! Watch them perform their duties&Responsiblities as you walk to your train. You will find that the general public, especially in the poorest neighborhoods&high crime neighborhoods along with the redline such as87th,79th,69th,63rd,55th,47th&as of2020-35th allow them to be on their cellphones, watching HULU&NETFLIX, Calling&speaking to all their friends on the cellphone, Allowing the drug dealer's to control the stations, while these employees never call the police{The CTA control center)for police response thus everyone can come on what is supposedly a combination of Government&Private land to buy drugs all day{as you will hear very LOUDLY24hrs a day7days a week}in the station just feet from the CTA EMPLOYEE "LOUD, LOUD, SQUARES&NOW CRACK, being sold at stations mainly87th,79th,69th,63rd REDLINE, Turning the lights out&sleeping on the job*Just to name a few things I've been told to go observe&report on. Employees in this culture blame the PAYING CUSTOMERS in those neighborhoods for the reason why they do these things to them all day. They give responses like"They don't care that they paying me to sleep on the job!*to the harshest "Fck these n**'s all they care about is being able to ride free&smoke on the train. The "blame game"instead of having Employee ethics&doing the job paid to do, the majority of the black American employees find NO ACCOUNTABILITY&NO RESPONSIBILITY to EMPLOYMENT is not important. If I seek to have an Employee fired, Other black employees, intimidate you for trying to find ways to hire better employees instead of continuing this evil culture of having a job without taking on the simplest Responsibilites&Accountabilities that go with any Job.Thanks to this culture, the criminals watching them&being allowed by them as paid CTA Employees to commit these crimes are mostly black Americans themselves, seeing for years Employees getting paid to do nothing on the job is not only ok, it must mean you approve of it as the general public which pays CTA employees.

*Black American youth then use that same NO ACCOUNTABILITY&NO RESPONSIBILITY to enhance the revolving door of criminal activity&if ever caught or asked why they do things like Urinate&Defecate on CTA Property, Refuse to pay a Fare, Commit the acts of Littering all over train cars, Smoking Crack, Blunts&Ciggerrettes, Committing Aggravated Assault, Selling Drugs all day on the CTA Trains,from95th to22nd Cermak(heavy dealing from several dealers to just a few from 22nd Cermak to Lake Street), Shootings&stabbings all because they can say"I been selling Crack for all this time&not1CTA Train Employee, CTA Employee in the booth nor police have bothered me, so it must be ok to do these criminal acts, why do you want to come to complain if all these other black employees&riders arent. Therefore, as a man that sees the continued uptick in crime, however, everyone still avoids that they are the ones in their communities who get on social media&cry" WE NEED HELP, YET won't CALL THE POLICE, ALDERMAN&MAYOR.No RESPONSIBILITY&NO ACCOUNTABILITY, just gets on the Channel7Chicago news&say what the problem is&why the police won't stop it. It's because those black Americans who've allowed this to go on for so long are now the victims as CTA Employees are being attacked because you allowed that petty criminal to grow into a monster.
