My harddrive space on PC is low. So may be why i look like i am driving like a drunk, though i had wrong way of beating mission 2nd time. So i blame that one on myself. But i have to get a police car and get 500.000 dollars. Seems to be the fastest way, so i will do next mission next time when i have that money. So i will just get it off screen
