It is currently available on streaming, as an mp3 download and as a CD-R: https://www.amazon.com/Tommy-Tutone-2/dp/B00328HSNY/ref=tmm_acd_swatch_0?_encoding=UTF8&qid=1643907452&sr=8-1 I have not heard the CD-R so I cannot offer any comment on its sound quality.

The audio here was taken from an early 1980's Canadian pressing of the original Columbia Records vinyl LP.
