Russian Diplomat Calls UN Meeting On Possible Ukraine Invasion 'Megaphone Democracy'

Russia's representative at the United Nations spoke at a Security Council meeting held today, after the United States asked to hold a meeting about Russian troops mounting on the Ukraine border. Russia attempted to cancel the meeting, but it went ahead after only Russia and China voted to table it.
