Fact Check: The 100% death rate reduction for Pfizer’s oral Covid treatment was from early clinical trial data. With more data we now see that it is a 89% reduction. They stopped the trials of the drug early because of it’s great results. The scientists felt it was so effective, they did not find it efficacious to keep giving placebos to the control group.
