Unhitched Trailer Slams Into Oncoming Traffic

Info from Licensor: "I was at a traffic light on HWY 109 south. When the light turned green I started moving forward. A pickup truck was pulling a trailer behind it that was going north. The trailer came unhitched. When it did it sideswiped a white van then came towards me. It came hard and fast. The trailer has done a lot of damage to my car that I am afraid they will total it out. I pray they don't because I am sure I won't get what I owe. Then I will have to pay off the loan with what the insurance company gives me plus the rest from my pocket. Which will leave me without a car. The person that was pulling the trailer did not stop."
