Today started out as a lower energy, not feeling too motivated day. However, that won't stop me from ACHEIVING MY GOALS. As soon as I got to work, honed in on a positive and confident attitude, and warmed up while getting some coffee and honey in me, I knew it was GO TIME, and I felt 100 percent confident that I was going to CRUSH IT today. It was perhaps a bit silly of me to try and tempt going for that fifth rep, especially since I spent so long in the paused/bottom position, but oh well, haha. Refine your outlook, while developing confidence, and you will go farther in life 🤟🏻.
