In NSW, Australia, if you get a positive test (either from a RAT or a PCR), you're supposed to self-imprison for 7 days.

In New Zealand, if you're a household contact of a someone who has had a positive test, then it's 24 days of self-imprisonment and isolation.

This is just sick. Confinement is not healthy.
