Canada Freedom Convoy - Ponoka to Edmonton Alberta - Jan 29, 2022

The convoy in this video was made in support of the Freedom Trucker Convoy currently occupying Ottawa, Canada. It began in Calgary, Alberta and made its way to Edmonton (the provincial capital) picking up more trucks and cars along the way. We joined the convoy in Ponoka and continued to Edmonton with it. This trip under normal conditions should only take a little over an hour. For us, it took 5 hours to reach the outskirts of Edmonton because of how long the convoy was. It took almost another two hours after that to reach the city center where the legislature building is.

As dramatic and fun as these video clips are, they really do pale in comparison to the experience of being there personally. There was so much joy and excitement and pride for the citizens of our country. I can honestly say it's the first time in my life I've been truly proud to be Canadian.
