How CHILD'S PLAY 2019 Reboot Almost Ruined CHUCKY TV Show Plans (Movie News)

Don Mancini, the creator of the Child's Play/Chucky Franchise came forward in an interview with Comicbook essentially thanking god that the 2019 Reboot of Child's Play from MGM didn't take off. He goes into how if the movie were to succeed, then there would be two competing continuities within the Child's Play franchise. Is anyone else in the same boat or would you have liked to see a sequel to 2019's Child's Play?
