PlayStation Patents A Chinese Social Credit System For Multiplayer Games

Sony in their infinite wisdom has decided to patent an automated system to detect "Problematic Behavior" in Online Games and have that assign "Behavioral Scores" to said players. Also, this automated system is going to predict when these events will occur. How is this not a Chinese Social Credit System?
