DIY Interior Door Project - Attempt 1... Fail 1

Shanna wants all new interior doors for the house. I decided to attempt to build them myself. I'm sure the idea will work in the long run but the start of the project doesn't go well as you will see.

The style she wants is more of an old rustic style but not barn doors really. I am attempting to make them out of 2x6s and 1x4s from Lowe's. If it works I'll do the entire house. If they warp too much are are not straight enough I'll start over with higher quality lumber. For now though, I'm making all my mistakes on cheap lumber.
