Today I am making a delicious Keto Breakfast Frittata that will feed me the whole week. You can add any combination of meats, veggies, and cheese to make this taste just like you want. I ate these for two years while I was doing the Keto diet. I am no longer eating a strict Keto diet as I have reached and I am maintaining my goal weight.. But I still eat at least 10 Keto meals a week as part of my maintenance. This Frittata fits right in with my maintenance program.
