posture today we'll show you how to

rebalance your body and optimize your

movement quality if you're suffering

from this common movement distortion

pattern we'll use a handful of stretches

and strength exercises to help to

realign your body and optimize your

movement quality our first segment is

soft tissue mobilization you're going to

need your fluid kit which has a variety

of different tools to help reduce the

tension in overactive muscles associated

with your movement and balance you're

going to want to spend about 60 seconds

on each of the areas to find reducing

the tension with a ball or foam roller

followed by a neuromuscular stretch to

help to elongate the muscle and restore

the appropriate range of motion in all

of the areas of the body
