QUICK MEAL & CHILL Ep. 2

In this video I steam some veggies in a steamer basket and then put 'em on top of a bed of quinoa.
Then I Drizzle some random sauce on top for a quick healthy lunch.
When you steam vegetables they retain more nutrients versus boiled or sauteed'.
I was out of greens but I wouldve added a side salad to this meal too.
