Power Pack Rebuild part 2 replace old power cord

Replacing the power cord on the MRC 402 power pack with a polarized cord. Using a cheap regular lamp extension cord, we can easily change the old power cord for a new one and use some heat shrink tubing in place of the old paper tape.
