Killer 30 Minute HIIT Workout (No Equipment)
What exactly is a HIIT training? HIIT is defined as high-intensity interval training, it is a training technique that requires you to give your one-hundred percent effort through quick and intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods keeping your heart rate up and burning more fat in the process.
