Bachmann Crane Wrecker Rebuild Wiring

We're rebuilding a 1980s Bachmann Crane Wrecker and putting some lighting inside using SMD lights. The question is how do you get power from the track into the crane and still be able to turn the cab and boom around. We can wire this so you can use it in DC or DCC and still turn it 360 degrees with no problems or shorting.
