Sirloin Steak

INGREDIENTS
Sirloin Steak Tips
Butter
Garlic Powder
Kosher Salt
Black Pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat Oven to 300
Preheat Cast Iron Skillet to medium to high heat
Melt 2 Table Spoons of Butter
Add seasonings to melted butter
Brush on buttery seasoning goodness to steak tips
Sear the steak on both sides for two minutes
Any longer just each chicken
Place in oven for 10-12 minutes at 300 degrees

Let rest for no time at all and eat. Mmmmmm.
