SCS EPISODE 62. I THOUGHT IT WAS BAD, BUT ...

This week I have an update on the climatard front, and also a metric of concern that dictates that the process at the end of the first phase is going to require severe revision as to what will be acceptable.

The single Ministry I look at as part of the process is the now 'defunct' Department for International Development, who unsurprisingly have financials that do not add up, but where apparently there are bank investments and a growth capital firm, all based on taxpayer money, gaining returns, and none of it comes back.

The episode is longer than I thought it would be, but there is some discussion as to the level of responsibility everyone is going to have to own, based on the mess that has been made.
