20XX (PC) - "Might" + "Perfect Storm" (High Tide, Marathon, Wrath, Undying, Destiny, No Health Ups)

For my next 20XX Steam achievement guide, I'm doing another two-for-one deal with one achievement that involves turning on 5 specific skulls and another one that involves an extra challenge with one of those 5 skulls turned on. The five skulls in question are High Tide (each level is 4 higher than indicated (so you basically start at level 5 and difficulty progresses from there), Marathon (longer stages), Wrath (more damage from enemies), Undying (more enemy health), and Destiny (only one teleporter active at the end of each level), and the extra challenge is to never increase your maximum health with High Tide on.
