Acts 16:6 Now when they have gone throughout Phrygia and the region of Galatia, and were forbidden of the Holy Ghost to preach the word in [where?] {Asia}.

They were forbidden of the holy spirit by the holy spirit to preach the word in Asia. How could the holy spirit forbid them? By what? By revelation? But word of what? Word of knowledge, word of knowledge, there you are. Told them not to go to Asia.

Verse seven: After they were come to Mysia, they assayed [they wanted to go] into Bithynia: but the Spirit suffered them [what?] {not}.

Not to go where? Up to that place. How did the spirit, again, tell them not to go? By revelation, word of what? Sure. And Word of wisdom where the knowledge & wisdom don't go.

Verse eight and they passing by Mysia came down to Troas.

[9] And a vision appeared to Paul in the [what?] {night};

And this again is what? Revelation, word of knowledge and word of wisdom. A vision, a picture TV show, technicolor, sure. That's what he's talking about. Word of knowledge: verse 6, verse 7, verse 9 all word of knowledge.

[Acts 16:9b] There stood a man of Macedonia, and prayed him, saying, Come over into Macedonia, and [what?] help us you.

See here was the vision. He saw this man standing there. This man standing there and the man saying to him come over to Macedonia and help us. Those of you in this advanced class I've asked you to read The Magnificent Counterfeit or something. Whatever the title of it is, that's what I'd have called it. Uh, what's he call it? The Challenging Counterfeit. I'd call it the Magnificent Counterfeit. You will remember some place in the opening part of that book; I'd say the first 10 or 12 pages. I don't recall exactly. I got to read mine yet before tomorrow night, I hope. But someplace in there, if I recall correctly, it tells about how he got into the spiritualist field and that he was either walking or standing or praying or doing something and he saw himself standing in front of himself. It's in there, I know it is. That's right. All right, there's the counterfeit of this thing. And we'll see a lot more of them. We'll see how in ectoplasm form they produce grandma. She's been dead for 10 years, five years. But usually by the time they're dead 10 years we've forgotten about grandma. We're not so interested in getting her back. But uh, oh I - that's really something.

You know, the people who are really interested in getting to talk to their relatives and their loved ones are not those who have been dead 10 or 15 years; but if you lose one tonight, tomorrow, tomorrow you're interested in talking. This kind of thing. Oh yes, oh yes, and for the first six months or year after that, you see. And the spiritualists say - say to them 'We know where your people are. We can put you in contact." The church says to them: "Yeah we know they are, they're up there in glory land eating cookies. But we have no connection." That's what the church says. The Word of God says they're dead and the dead know nothing. You're not up in heaven, you're dead. Because you see, if you get them up in heaven, where the church has got them, then spiritualism is right and the Word of God's all wrong. Because if you're up there all you have to do is bring them back.
