Is training in simulators worth it?

Plenty of people own firearms and think because they do they're prepared to deal with an armed individual who has a weapon, the capability and intent to harm them. The reality is they're likely not really ready.

If you expect to survive an armed encounter, the firearm is only a small party of of the complete personal protection toolbox. Not only do you need training, you also need to stress test your abilities, and skills in as realistic way as possible. Force on force and simulators help accomplish this.

In this video, we discuss the value of using simulators to evaluate not only your proficiency with your firearm but as importantly test your plan for communicating before, during and after the encounter.
