Host does not allow guests to cook their meals 🛑 Harsh House Rule?

Story begins with the host couple sitting on the living room floor playing with their baby girl and their cat.
The woman says "Hey kitty kitty" and the baby girl giggles and the man laughs. Everybody is happy.

An old lady enters the scene and says "I'm sorry to disturb you but can I get some help, please? I need a plate and knife."

The man stands up and responds "Sure, no problem." then looks at his family and says "I will be right back. Keep having fun."

Transition to the kitchen where the man is showing the old lady where plates and cutlery is kept in the cabinet and says "Here, you can help yourself with plates, bowls, forks and knives and anything else you might need."
The old lady responds "Thank you very much."

Transition back to the living room, the man enters the scene and sits next to the family to play again, but immediately after he sits the old lady walks in again and says "Sorry again. Could you please show me where the glasses are?"

The man looks at her and responds "On that same cabinet, just on the other shelf."

The old lady says "Oh thank you dear." and walks out.

They keep playing for another second and the old lady walks back in and says "Sorry again. Could you please show me where the light switch is?"

The man does not look at her and responds "It is right next to the door."

The old lady says "Oh thank you dear." and walks out.

They keep playing for another second and the old lady walks back in and says "Sorry again. Could you please show me where the pots and frying pans are?"

The man looks at her and responds "I'm sorry but we do not make the stove available for guests. Unfortunately our home insurance does not allow it. We also had some problems with guests causing spills and not cleaning, not to mention small fires while making their food."

The old lady puts her hands together and begs "But please, I need to heat my meal. I promise there will be no mess and I will be very careful."

The man looks at his wife. They both look at each other with a "not sure" face and lift their shoulders in a sign of "oh well maybe ok" and the man looks at the old lady and says "Well, we shouldn't make any exceptions but we will trust you. Please be very careful and also make sure to clean everything after you are done."

The lady says "Thank you so much." and walks out.

The family keeps playing as a big clock comes up the screen and tics, making an hour pass super fast, then flies away.

The man stands up and says "Everything is so quiet. Better go check it out." and walks away. The family stays playing.

A loud voice of the man is heard screaming "Heeeeeeeeeelp! Need some help here!"

The woman looks up in a sign of "something bad happened" then stands up and runs away from the screen.

Transition to the kitchen where there is a mess with pieces of food all over the stove and floor around, dirty pots and a plate with rests of food sitting there with flies flying around. The man has his hands on his head and a face in a sign of desperation as his wife runs in and then looks surprised and puts her hands on her head. They look at each other and then both look down with arms down like they are tired.

The old lady walks in and says "Oh dear! What a mess. Did I do that? I didn't realize. Let me help you clean."

The wife now looks furious and the man looks at the old lady and says "Help us? After promising us you would be careful and keep it clean. Please. And unfortunately we can definitely not let anyone use our stove anymore. I hope you understand."

The old lady says "I am so sorry. Yes I understand, but how am I going to heat my meal now?"

The man says "You can use the microwave. But please always make sure to use the plate cover to prevent any spills."

The old lady says "Sure, of course. I promise there will be no mess and I will be very careful."

The man looks at his wife, a thought balloon appears between them coming from both their heads and it reads "I think we heard that before."

Transition closing the screen to all white.
