Supreme Court Pick

Mac discusses the ramifications of Joe Biden declaring he will pick a black woman for the Supreme Court. Don't we have laws against that according to the EEOC? Ironically the Supreme Court will soon be hearing a case about that very issue? We conclude that we feel bad for the next Supreme Court Justice. Even if they are worthy they will always have a question hanging over their head. Did I get this job just because of my race and gender?
