Police departments across the nation are losing officers and are struggling to replace them as crime is on the rise. This comes as local leaders try to do damage control after a number of them previously called to defund the police. One America's Stephanie Myers spoke with retired Police Sgt. Betsy Brantner Smith, a spokesperson for the National Police Association, to get her reaction and take on the issues.
