20XX (PC) - "Journey" & "Runner" Achievements (Marathon, Famine, Bankrupt, Sub-35 Minutes)

For my next 20XX Steam achievement guide, I'm going for another two-for-one deal. This time I'm trying for the Runner achievement again since I came so close in a previous run, and this time combining it with the Journey achievement. So this means I'm playing with the Marathon (longer levels), Famine (no health pickups), and Bankrupt (no nuts) skulls on and trying to finish it in under 35 minutes. I manage to beat the goal by only a few seconds! You'll need to find alternative means of healing or stock up on armor to survive the famine, and you'll need some movement upgrades to increase your speed to beat the time goal!
