No Christian Shortcuts

Stop looking for spiritual shortcuts and just start living the bible. There are no spiritual shortcuts to spiritual maturity. The church at Corinth had all the spiritual gifts, and yet you will not read of a more dysfunctional church than the one at Corinth. Spiritual gifts did not make them mature. Maturity comes through experience. It takes 20 years to gain 20 years of experience. Jesus did not come to gift us with shortcuts. He came to lead us down the narrow and difficult road.
