The MK-Ultra program was exposed to the public via Canadian tribunals in the 80's. Miss O'Brian's testimony also discusses the collaboration between the CIA and the Canadian government, which at the time was led by Pierre Eliot Trudeau and then later Brian Mulroney. Both are exposed as knowing about the mk-ultra and monarch mind control programs. This leads one to question the claims of weather or not Trudeau jr. is a Manchurian candidate of these programs, groomed for his role in helping to implement the New World Order.
