Quake (2021) - E1M4: The Grisly Grotto (Nightmare, 100% Secrets, Secret Exit)

This map takes a step down in difficulty from the previous map and also houses the secret exit of Episode 1. Near the end of the level, you'll see 5 switches on the floor with spike traps shooting across them. Step on all 5 switches to open a door on either side of the room. Each one leads down to one of the ledges where the Ogres were shooting from in the previous room below the elevator. On each ledge is a switch. Hit both of them and a message will tell you "A secret cave has opened." Go back to the central pool and you'll see a new cave open on the right. In there is the secret exit.
