Quake (2021) - E1M7: The House of Chthon (Nightmare, 100% Secrets)

The final level of Quake episode 1 is the only other boss fight in the game besides the final one. Say hello to Chthon, the giant demon guardian of the Rune of Earth Magic who hurls flaming rocks at you constantly! Despite being one of only two boss fights in this game, Chthon is actually quite simple. You just ride the elevator to the second floor, then run laps around the arena hitting two switches on the sides to lower the pillars and then hitting the center switch to shock Chthon, and repeating the process two more times. Be careful, though, because there is a bit of a Kaizo Trap at the end of the level after killing Chthon. There is a damaging fall on the way to the exit, which can kill you if your health is too low.
