Increasing Effective Inductance Salt Water Experiment.
In this Experiment I immerse an inductor into tap water
and detect a slight increase in the inductance reading,
I then add salt water and the inductance reading rises significantly.
I suspect that the Capacitive coupling between the turns of the coil is increased with the salt water
and therefore allows more dwell time in both the magnetic and dielectric components of the system,
which would for all RF intents and purposes, be an effective way to increase the Value significantly and Lower the Frequency of a System whilst remaining small in size.
Stability would be an issue
