Spatchcock BBQ chicken with seasoned compound butter under the skin and mystic mango rub. Slow cooked using snake method with Kingsford charcoal briquettes on Weber grill for 4.5 hours and garnished with Dole pineapple rings and served with seasoned baked potatoes on the grill in foil.
