Carrots - 1 pc .
Champignons - 250 gr.
Hot capsicum - 1/4 pc .
Cumin - 1/3 tsp
Ground black pepper - 1/3 tsp
Salt - to taste.
Buckwheat - 250 gr.
Water - 500 ml.
