ACLU suing to get Sarasota county man released

The ACLU of Florida says judges across our state are setting bail amounts that people can't afford. And one of those people is a Sarasota man named John Hodges. Tonight, to get him out of jail before an upcoming trial, the group has filed a suit against the Sarasota County Sheriff's Office.
