Karen England is the Executive Director of the CA Capitol Resource Institute. She gave this presentation at the Education Policy Conference in February 2020. Karen was instrumental in exposing the 2015 Comprehensive Sex Ed (CSE) law in California and which helped alert the whole nation to the harms of CSE.
