Norman Ellis Gregory - This 100 year-old WWII veteran and POW after his plane was shot down over Germany now bicycles around 100 miles per week, or about 5,000 miles per year. He is somewhat of a local celebrity in his village and the villagers were out in force to give him a happy 100th birthday party. His one piece of advice for anyone wanting to become a cyclist is not to overdo it.
