Alu's rebuttal to Boston Globe's secession article

A group of influential pro-liberty legislators did in fact sign onto a 'Termination of State' letter in 2020. Alu mentioned that he never heard about this and presumed that the author mistakenly used the term instead of 'termination of the state of emergency'. This was not a mistake by the author.
