Kosher, Forbidden Foods and God's Blessing

Kosher and forbidden foods in the Old Testament. Many of the forbidden foods were notorious for bacteria in their natural state with out refrigeration. God wanted his people healthy and to enjoy this provision. In the New Testament we have to watch what our eye and our ears feast on. If we feast on God's word we will find a blessing.
